I had a wonderful experience here at Regal Nails inside of the Walmart in Vero Beach Florida! I came in with a throbbing headache but Sarah was very attentive & gave me excellent customer service! She even stayed late to give me a pedicure that I requested after she finished my nails. I received a full set that came out perfect, a pedicure, a foot & leg massage & the massage chair. I left looking and feeling Amazing!! ✅🏆🦋😇💖💕💕 5 STARS!!
The place was filthy. The older lady did a nice job on my nails but the tools were put back in a caddie and not sanitized.The young kid was I found the whole time and laying down in the chair. How ridiculous is that at work? He could’ve been cleaning because the place looked horrible due to sanitary reasons. I do not believe I can go back the tools that were being soaked on the tables. The stuff was absolutely filthy. They were soaking in, and there were nails all over the floor and it was filthy.
A weak after getting my nails done I’m very disappointed I paid 60$ js for them to fall off in 2 days .
The young lady to create with my nails and I will be seeing her again.
The place was dirty. The nails were so sloppily done. The two nails with the crystals have glob of glue all over it. The sparkly nails are all bumpy. They did not do the one design the way the picture showed and it was not a difficult design. My thumbnail is already lifting off and it has barely been 2 weeks
