I did not ask for gel and told the nail tech twice "no gel" and guess what's on my toes and fingers. Also, Nina pushed me to the side for 20 minutes to clip the nails of a walk-in. The ultimate in poor customer service! My time is important too! And if you do not comprehend English of "no gel", then you shouldn't be working. I want a refund! Worst service ever! Do not go to them!
1/3 today to have my toenails done. It took him about 4 minutes. Very poor job. I did leave a tip. They couldn't understand me. I couldn't understand them from 1 to 10 I get maziro I will never never go back.
My nieces nails were crooked. Nail artist fixed it. Polish was sloppy. Wasn’t worth $110 in my honest opinion. I would not go again.
The staff is always so friendly! It's hard for me just to review one of the staff because I actually love them all! Michael tends to be my favorite! But all of them are just amazing. The prices are really the best in town and they can always get me in short notice.
Don't go to the lady name Vivian,she is rough on your feet, and she acts like she doesn't care or knows what is doing. And she is not friendly. All she tryed to do is get you to pay the highest price for a pedicure. She sucks!!!! I will never go to her again!!!
