What I asked for is NOT what I received. The nail tech put double the layer of acrylic and flayed it out until my fingers looked like that awful duck nail trend all over the internet. He barely glanced at the reference photos I showed him and didn't use any of the colors I asked for. I didn't realize what he was doing until after he'd already started. I tried to trust his process and see if they would come out okay but ended up leaving crying. I actually felt ugly leaving this place. I will never come back.
First time going. The communication wasn't very good, but I can say I received fast service. I'll see how long my nails hold up.
Really bad. Just so bad.. I’ll never go here again. This is getting removed right now at a better nail salon. Just.. literally do them at home before going here.
