I had to wait twenty minutes past my appointment time only to be told that I couldn't pay with a credit card. I was the one that had to go and see when she was going to be finished with the customer before me, she never came out to check and see if I had arrived. The girl working the counter for the tanning salon was much nicer, and certainly much more helpful.
