Terrible. Will never ever be back. I understand a language barrier but when it becomes so uncomfortable for me and my 8 year old daughter to enjoy a spa day while waiting on our vehicle, there’s a problem. $198 dollars later… I told the secretary that was asleep the whole time, we will never be back and I mean that. I’d rather blow $200 at a decent spa w respect and a glass of wine than a Walmart Regal Nails never again

The owner/manager is one of the rudest people I have ever seen in the service industry! Her staff is the only reason she has return customers! Unreal how she looks at and talks to people!
Whoever the lady that did my nails she did a terrible job. Within 4 days the nails were lifting one popped off and she did not equally file them. I went back and the man lady told me I needed to pay for another set if you don’t have to go Here don’t.
My nails came out okay but Anna was very rude request anyone but her.
