My daughter went in for a fill in and trim down. They broke one of her nails and cut the other nails down to basically having no nails at all. Then didn’t even bother to apply a top coat. Her nails looked terrible. When she complained they wanted to charge her an additional 60 to fix their mistake on top of the 55 they had already charged her to basically ruin her nails. She paid the 55 then went straight to another salon and paid to have them fix regal’s mistake. Terrible service. Will never be back.
I had an appointment to get Mani/Pedi with my mom for Mother’s Day. Mom got hers but no one was available for me. I was offered to have service done after she was done. The staff that was there were very kind and apologetic. It was not their fault. But the staff that left to go home should have stayed. I am so disappointed. This should not have happened after making appointments.
We love coming to Regal Nails, they are so patient, and our nails always look amazing!
