I went to Regal for the first time yesterday for a simple dip powder. One color, no designs. The older woman who helped me just didn’t seem to know what she was doing. For example, she buffed off the old dip and left the shavings and the dust on the table for the rest of the time she worked on my nails. Some of this ended up sticking to my wet nails. I don’t even know where to start. I went today be or the second time and was so disappointed and disgusted. The place is dirty the floor was filthy. The massage chairs don’t work properly the lady who did our pedicure was so rushed my toe nails are shaped side ways, she cut my skin with a file. I highly suggest you not waste your money here it is not a relaxing fit she tried to use a dirty cheese grater and I told her to stop. Just not my type of environment.
