Called Friday 6/6/25 ask if Nicole had anything was put on hold was told she was booked got someone else to call back told them to come in at 4:30 never did anything to them, never that serious the work ain’t that good thanks Nicole for getting your staff to LIE !!! NOT EVEN A 1 star

These people are unprofessional, you set an appointment and then they take others in front of you. This is not my first time having to deal with this from this franchise and you can believe that I will be finding another salon to make a home salon…. They are all students anyway…. The owner needs to teach his employees that when they set an appointment they stand by it…… they have lost this customer and I will never again be wasting my time or money here…. And the only reason I gave them one star is because you can’t leave it... read more
Nicole got me in right away and did an amazing job on my nails! She was like talking to an old friend - super comfortable appointment and she was very thorough, detail oriented and precise with my set! She also made it a point to address the health of my nails which is something you can’t find everywhere. Highly recommend!
