Still really happy with my Regal Nail experience. Friendly atmosphere, great technicians and owners. I really appreciate how they show such respect to my 90 year old mother when she accompanies me and gets a mani /pedi.
Wasted 3 hours of my daughter birthday bringing her to this place they don’t even know the right nail size to use then they where so bumpy painted messy wide at the top look like I did it thanks for ruining my kid 18 birthday nails then said it was the colour she picked lol 50$ but super short 👎🏻 I left her to go shop in Walmart so I guess they used girl with no skills
I recently visited Regal Nails for acrylic nails. Before booking my appointment, I called twice to confirm the price and was told it would be $55, and $60 with tax. During my appointment, I confirmed the price two more times, and each time I was told the total would be $60 with tax. However, when it was time to pay, I was charged $67.55. When your sign onsite and your details online indicate that you're open till 7pm, you should be open till 7pm. I drove 45 min and was there at 5.30pm and the place was closed. Do better.
I visited Regal Nails for the first time last night only for acrylic removal, as my natural nails were healthy and I wanted to keep their length. Despite clearly explaining this, the first technician cut my natural nails along with the acrylic, causing me to lose all my length. Another staff member then continued the removal, but the process was extremely harsh. My nails are now painfully thin, red, and tender to the point where even light movement or holding objects hurts.
