When your sign onsite and your details online indicate that you're open till 7pm, you should be open till 7pm. I drove 45 min and was there at 5.30pm and the place was closed. Do better.
I visited Regal Nails for the first time last night only for acrylic removal, as my natural nails were healthy and I wanted to keep their length. Despite clearly explaining this, the first technician cut my natural nails along with the acrylic, causing me to lose all my length. Another staff member then continued the removal, but the process was extremely harsh. My nails are now painfully thin, red, and tender to the point where even light movement or holding objects hurts. I went to this location today to get my nails painted. I could not have asked for better service, these girls are amazing and I would highly recommend!!
