The male employee (who would not give me his name) not only omitted some of the services a part of my manicure, but he also charged me a surcharge of $5 for taking off my gel. Which was not posted on the price list. The surcharge also was not discussed with me prior or after my manicure. The employees at Regal Nails have no integrity and treated me as if I was less than the other customers.
