I got a regular manicure and accidentally nicked one of my nails while trying to pay, since they wouldn’t let me wait for them to completely dry. Instead of fixing it, they just lazily painted over the bumpy nail, making it look even worse. The one younger girl that works there rudely said “I bet you wish you got shellac now, huh”. I should not have to be berated if i decide to get a regular manicure. I used to come here regularly but I have since changed nail salons.
DO NOT go to this nail salon, I recently got my nails done here on August 31st. I paid $150 for nails that are comparable to the dollarstore. 2 days after I get my full set my thumb nail snapped itching my foot literally crazy. Now 1 week later i have 3 broken nails - so in 7 days i had 4 nails break. $150 i paid to really have nails for less than a week. Jen always done my nails and they always turn out to be so good! Everyone there is so nice. 5/5!! Love it there
Jen is the absolute best. I have only had good experiences at regal nails. They’re clean, efficient, professional and really friendly.
They were busy in a rush - which I understand however I got an infection on my toe from aggressive trimming - at the end of my pedicure I thought it was odd to only get cream and massage on right leg but then the same thing happen with my manicure right after the pedicure only cream and massage on right hand - Wouldn’t recommend going here -
