I would give 0 stars if I could. I went to get a Gel mani pedi on Friday and as of Tuesday morning, my manicure had PEELED off entirely. I called to see if they could offer a refund, as I felt (and they agreed) that it shouldn’t have happened. Unfortunately they refused to give me a refund, and instead suggested that it wasn’t their fault. Poor quality, poor customer service. There’s no way a gel manicure should only last 3 days!
Anna is the best! She does amazing work and lovely to talk to!
