The worst experience I have had. not satisfied with the pedicure as well as my nails. They did the pedicure so quickly and didn't clean the feet well. The feet didn't look like I just got the pedicure. For nails, the shape of the nails is so uneven and does not look good. They charged me $105 for this bad service. I wasted my money and will never go back.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience I had over the weekend. I normally love my regal nails pedis. I’ve been to Lloydminster & Saskatoon locations & absolutely loved them! Great staff & environment at those locations. I got charged $73 & I am not sure for what. The gal did not know what she was doing at all. I was uncomfortable the entire time. Booked an appointment as usual for 10am as this is the 1st appointment of the day. Went there and had to wait as he was finishing with someone else. This seems to happen regularly now. If you look at my nails you can see they are crooked and leaning. They were done this morning.

Worst pedicure ever. They obviously get paid commission so they push people through as fast as they can. My pedicure lasted all of 10 minutes. There was a quick buff of my feet, a quick wash and that was it. My feet were actually rougher after the pedicure than they were before. And although the color of my gel polish was great the polish job itself was terrible. A week in I only had polish left on half of my toes. By a week and a half I had no polish left at all. Will never go back.
