My experience today was so Disappointing … looking at reviews it looks like Im not alone with the rude customer service from the guy in the corner… pulling my hand around, and awkward positioning… he acted annoyed to be at work and was condescending, he was on his phone when I approached he didn't greet me or say anything. Truly an amazing Salon. I have been going here since I was a little girl with my mom well over 10+ years and we still go to this day! I had walked in for a fill and pedi and they accommodated me to the fullest. Sue last night did such an incredible job on my pedi, my fill ran a little over(my nails look phenomenal!!) and Sue insured my pedi still was completed thoroughly and she did a fantastic job. I will always come here!!

The man by the wall needs to be fired. Came to leave a review and I read a few left and realized he has a lot of unhappy customers!! He was so rude and extremely condescending towards me. I asked for a powder manicure and he just went and did gel instead. When I asked for a certain pink he just laughed at me and told me he's going to do a pink that looks better. Dissapointed with the job done on my big toes, the rest look great. Bummed because I only get a pedicure once a year, and try to do my own nails the rest. For $65 I would hope for a better finished product. Everything else about the service was great.
