Asked for acrylic and was talked into dip. Did not like it. They are now closed and have a salon in the Ocean Isle area. Tried them there and they will not do acrylic. Caused my cuticles to bleed on four nails. Never going back.
I called ahead to ensure the salon and staff were equips to handle my disabled family member. They claimed they were. As my family member was getting a pedicure, she was asked to sit awkwardly to get a manicure at the same time. After MANY times of verbally expressing pain and literally crying, and the staff member dismissing her… she left. The staff member literally said “you’re fine, you’re complaining too much” This place should be shut down.
