The wait time is horrible and unorganized. They tell you 40 min wait and the 40 min turns into 2 hours.
I used to come here all the time but now i dont think ill be back i only asked for a pedicure and i was already finished with it before the person who was already there before me. and not to mention people that arrived after me were also being helped before me.

I went with my mom to get a French tip gel manicure and they gave us acrylic instead of gel polish
This was both my first and last visit. The person who attended to me spent more time talking on the phone than paying attention to what she was doing; my nails ended up crooked and thick, and I didn't like them—not to mention that the design I requested wasn't even close to what I got. It was a rather expensive service for the quality I received.
