I asked for a full set of french tips. I had polish on before I came in. the man tried to file off the polish with the electric filer. he takes the polish off and immediately puts the CLEAR tips on. then does acrylic. does not clean under my nails or has my wash my hands until AFTER acrylic is done. when he asked me to pick a color, I told him no, I wanted french tip. he gets irritated, since he has to paint them instead. so, hes almost done painting them and HE accidentally touches the wet paint on my other hand. he proceed... read more

I am totally disgusted by their services and their treatment. They practically cemented my nails on and after two weeks they were tearing off my real nail and skin. And when I went back to have them fix my nails and stop them from hurting they were rude and refused to make right for my pain and demanded me to pay for them to remove them and told me to leave and don't come back. These people don't know what they're doing. They're only trying to make money. Obviously. I will never return.
