I've been coming to Regal Nails for the last 5 years with my daughter and friends and we've always appreciated their prompt care, beautiful art designs and availability. I've searched other providers in Gardner and Ottawa, but Regal has the consistency I was looking for!
I had my pink and white done at Regal inside of Wal-mart a couple of times. I called to make an appointment on a Thursday and was told the person I wanted to see was 'too busy.' There was no offer for anyone else to do them, so I asked if anyone else could during the time I needed and the phone was sat down. Someone else picked the phone up and said they could get me in, but they never took my name or number...how would they know who I was. I didn't go back, nor will I.
