Worst service ever. Asked for a toe polish and she decided to drill off the previous polish half assed then proceeded to polish my toe nails with some of the previous polish still left on. She kept saying “pedicure more better”. Like thats not how you upsell. Doing a shitty job then saying you”ll do a better job if I get a service that charges more. I knew I should’ve went to my normal place ( club Miami nails on 163) cause baybee Kandi and Kim gone get them toes right even for $10-15. This place NO STARS!!!
Just left I wanted wine red French nails to match my feet & got bubble gum pink w white tips instead just cause she wanted to charge an extra 10$ in which she confirmed she wouldn’t charge me as an ombré since it was her fault. No manicure or cuticle oil, just straight to it & shady energy just to find out an older lady who was getting the same thing was charged 50$ & me 65$ like do I look rich or something? Never going back
This business did a horrible job on my feet. It was Saturday at 3pm (peak hours). I should have known it was not a good place when there was no one there. I will provide additional Details. This picture is from a few hours from the job.
Rude nail tech. He cut me with his drill and broke my nail (my real nail), and immediately started blaming me for not telling him that my nail was already broken… I had to talk to him down from what seemed like a tantrum he was about to throw… In my calmest voice I told him several times that he broke my nail and made me bleed, and it was OK because things happen… I was not going to make a big deal about it and neither should he…
