First pic is what I wanted super clean and pointy and the rest is what I got which is horrible and nothing like the picture of what I wanted , they did a very good job on my toes but they should have said they couldn’t do this shape if they couldn’t do it, I paid $210 for this. if i could give no stars i would. Customer service is horrible. My mother normally goes here and since Mar 28 she has been suffering from a fungus developed from this place. She called to let them know and the Asian lady that answered asked " what do you need", Very dismissive. She told my mother that she must've come with the fungus. Stupid way of showing empathy for someone that loves to come there. Well use to love it. This woman showed zero concern and hung up on my mother. My daughter and i got there at 1230 to get pedicures and acrylics. We were told to have a seat and normally that means it won't be long. The lady placed water in our foot tubs. We sat there almost an hour and a half before they even started my pedicure. They did mine first and then ny daughters. We didn't even get our acrylics started til 4pm. We left at 530pm. When it was time to pay i realized I was OVER CHARGED. I didn't want to complain because we had dinner reservations at 6pm. I'm not really happy. I will NOT be return... read more

Never again they are price scammers .I told the lady and her daughter I wanted a regular pedicure no gel.color.at least 8!times . It was confirmed and she still.charhed me.80 dollars for a.regular pedicure and gel manicure 80.dollars scammers. Never again the prices are posted and she still.over charges . Unbelievable.
