Went to get a pedicure the lady says oh come back in an 1 1/2 hours. Seriously whats the purpose of going if your going to get turned away. Never again.

I've been to this place twice to get my eyebrows waxes, the first time I went, they were very nice and the lady did an OKAY job, it wasn't amazing and I was okay with that because my eyebrows grow in weird on on side due to an old piercing I had there. The second time I went the lady gave me two completely different eyebrows and tried to fix one side (the one thats sparce) with a pencil BEFORE I saw how it came out so it didn't look as messed up. Regal nails staff are nice and friendly. the place is small but clean. they give a nice & well service done. i would come back for my no chip mani! they lasted for over two weeks and i love it!

When the owner, who was doing my nails on 9/24/11, saw me take out my super cheap cell phone to answer an incoming call, he said, "You gonna pay for this?" I replied, " Of course I'm going to pay for this!" His reply: "You pay right now!" Also, the nails did not come off after 2- 2 1/2 weeks like they were suppose to. I took almost 2 months to come off and a couple of them grew into my nails. You could not pay me enough to go back to this place.
