My rating is -0.0 First, the technician did not speak English. During the entire service she spoke in her native language to her co worker non stop and quite loud and cut my finger. I tried to explain to her what she did. She did not care. Her interest was to continue the manicure. I am on blood thinner meds and this poised a serious issue.
