It pains me to give Regal Nails such a low score... I went to this salon for years with great results. I had a great rapport with the staff. They all knew me and vice versa. But my last experience was such a disappointment. I hadn't been for a few months...trying to cut down on frivolous expenses to save money. But, for Christmas I'd gotten a gift certificate to Regal Nails specifically, since everyone knew it was my favorite place (only place :) ) to get my nails done.
