2/5/25 Wednesday morning, my first time in there today and it will be my last. I really wish I could give them a 0. The older man in there was very rude for no reason at all. He had just opened when I walked in a little after 9:00 am. At the time, there was only one customer inside and he was working on her nails. I will never go there again I got a Mani Pedi with no polish and I left looking like nothing was done. The lady was rushing on my nails and when I told her I didn’t them she continued to tell me “that is how it’s supposed to look”. It’s ridiculous that I still have dirt under my nail and it looks like I bite my nails when I’m just leaving out the salon. If I could do zero stars I would.

I initially went for a full in and pedicure for my sister and grandmother. I was not pleased with the way my sisters’ feet was polished. I asked for certain toes to be polished over. After asking, I’m assuming he was the owner, he got loud and was very rude. Talking about my sisters’ feet, not knowing her medical conditions which was very UNPROFESSIONAL! If I could give a zero, I would. They are very rude, especially to their Black customers. I was giving them a second chance but I will never set foot in this salon again. With so many other shops, who are respectful and appreciative, they need to be kind & respectful. Also, My daughter got a manicure, paid extra for gel polish and within a week, the polish was peeling. So, if you’re going to be rude, at least do a better job.
