Loved having Mimi as my manicurist but will never return since she is no longer there. I went back two times and both a horrible experience. Not sure why but they won't even tell us long time customers where we can now find Mimi.

Used to be the only shop I’d go to when nena and Mimi worked there. Now I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. I was lied to several times about when Mimi would be coming back only to find out it’s never. Then a month and a half ago the new guy “mike” bad mouthed the salon and tried to get me to go some where else for a service they don’t recommend there. Told me how he has way better shops than this one with way more chairs and way more luxurious… super weird conversation to have with a customer. Then he did my nails terrible... read more

This was by far the worst service I’ve ever received. I’ve had a couple bad experiences there but good lord. The last time I got my nails done they didn’t even last a week and completely chipped off and my real nails broke. I always give the benefit of the doubt and I got a new nail tech this visit. I was the only patron and he did nothing but run his mouth the whole hour 20 mins I was in there. He was complaining to another coworker. I do dip and they are so thick and ugly. I will be finding a new nail salon.
