This is the first time I have EVER written a review for any business but I was so disappointed and upset after leaving Regal Nails tonight I decided to write my first. I am giving them one star because my first, and last, visit started great. They were pretty busy when I signed in but were able to work me in promptly. My son was with me and there was couch which was a nice spot where he could sit and play on my phone. I needed a full set and a very nice lady started working on my nails. I love this place. The people are so friendly, they all know me by my name..greet me when I walk by or come in..and I know all of them by name.
Ripoff! I went in for a mani and got charged 30 dollars even though the sign said 15. Apparently I agreed to something extra that cost 15 which I still think has to be a ripoff. You can get a mani and pedi for 40. There is no way it would cost 30. I will never go again.
