Went to regal nails got lashes full set 9/08/2021, had to go back on 09/17/2021 to get refill for missing lash on right eye and a dropping one in the left eye. It felt heavy but I let it go, but while doing it I couldn’t understand all what this older tech was doing. The next day my eyes were hard crusty itching I looked and there was a full set on each eye over the previous lashes. I had to take they off and they came up easily. I got my nails done on Sunday , by Monday the next DAY they were already lifting and had huge bubbles underneath. I went there to get my money back so I could get them fixed. HORRIBLE customer service , they were rude and yelling at me in front of their customers! They were saying they would not give me my money back. Called corporate no response back yet. They told me my nails looked perfectly fine. Never going there again. Waste of money!!
