I received just a plain, regular polish manicure and pedicure. The young lady did good job on the pedicure. She rushed through the manicure. She did the manicure in the pedicure chair. She didn’t smooth out the ridges in my nails. She just cleaned up the cuticles (a little bit) and put some polish on. The polish started peeling that evening which was a Saturday. One bad apple spoils the whole bunch. I’m not sure why this lady still works there because her attitude is horrible and I will never go back here because of her. I cannot support a business that supports horrible customer service. The lady that provided my service is a gem, very nice and professional. I just wanted a polish change on my toes. The lady in black said I can’t get pink and then she decided that she wasn’t going to service me with no explanation. Well I did get pink and it looks amazing on my skin.
