Good in a pinch Regal Nails is just a normal nail salon. They did a fine job on my nails, however the customer service is very poor. The person who did my nails was sloppy and seemed to be in a hurry even though there were only a couple other clients in the salon at the time. After the person was done applying the acrilic part of my nails, they asked me to pay for the service before they were even finished! I would rate this salon with no stars if I could. I have been to many nail salons in different parts of the country, this has to be the most unprofessional. The staff are in their own world and seem to have a chip on their shoulder. First visit the worker had the nerve to smack her lips when I mistook a polish for a top coat. When I gave her the tip not even a thank you. I was in there today I wanted to get a mani/pedi. During the pedicure the lady used a nail brush on my feet and legs, which actually burned! Then she used exfoliating stuff on my legs, which again, hurt. While doing the massage portion she literally punched my feet.... then I decided ok I want a design and gel polish for my mani.... HORRIBLE! My normal place was closed, I didn't want to wait. First of all does anyone in there speak English??? I went for a fill the woman without mentioning anything (besides that I wash my hands too much???) she ripped the tips off of my nails!! Only on one hand and she didn't even soak them or anything just started digging the cuticle nippers underneath to pull them up. First of all I dont like when Im sitting there getting my nails filled and either they dont say one word to you, or are talking to the other workers in their languages. It is rude and I feel like Im being talked about. Also I like my nails short and I couldnt stress enough how short I like them. No matter what I said they never made them short enough and always seemed annoyed that I kept saying shorter. So from now on I file them as shirt as I want so all they have to do is fill them.
