The man that is the manager in there did not fit the tips to the nail beds of my mother's nails, leaving exposed nails on the edge of every single nail. He was more worried about being fast than efficient. When my mom tried to tell him, he just argued with her and refused to listen or fix the issue. My dad just passed away and it's been a trying time for my mom and I, so we decided to go and treat ourselves. We left with my mother in tears.
