I wash told there was an hour wait I said ok do I need to sign in and the guy stated no. I said ok I’ll be back. I left got my brows done next door and came back and he stated it’s longer than an hour. He gave someone else my spot. After coming back in an hour.
The lady at Regal nails on Dunvale- in Houston just got there at around 11 am today. She started off loud speaking to everyone. I told her that I have a benefit thru my health insurance. She started raising her voice saying that they don’t take my debit card? She said that the manager said so? But she was not trying to help me? However she was soo rude. Anyway I forgive her. I waiting over an hour after they closed and nobody ran water for me it’s 3 staff in here they took someone else’s before me then 2 staff got off and still nobody ran water for Pedicure now there are talking and no service and now 8:26 pm I been since 6:30 pm..Only reason I stayed is I can’t make tomorrow I came late I’m getting off from work but never again I’m coming back
