Don't call us, we'll call you! This seems to be everyone's complaint. They actually tell you they're too busy to take your call. I'm so sorry for you if you get stuck with this medical group.
They always say they will call you back and never do. I have been trying to get a referral approved since Oct. It's now December and still nothing. If you get assigned to this group make them assign you someone else

Ditto what the other negative reviewers are saying. WORST, DISHONEST MEDICAL GROUP I have ever encountered. Oh sure you can think they’re great at first (directed to I think the one person who gave a positive review), and when you talk to them and they’re totally gaslighting (lying) you. First, I waited over a year to get an authorization for a specialist. They kept sending me to people who could not treat my condition.
