Regal KIA is the best Professional. Knowledgeable service advisors. Jonathan and Missy are always available to answer any questions, kept me informed they know their business.
Regal called me and asked if need be I could come down and remove my sound system, I agreed to remove it and to call me back when it needs to be done. I gave EXPLICIT INSTRUCTIONS to not touch the $3,500 in audio equipment, the mechanic working on my 2022 Kia Soul didn't have the service writer call me and instead took it upon herself to shove everything over onto the backseat leaving my lithium bank(live battery) dangling from the amp. If you have a sound system of any kind DO NOT GO HERE!!! PITIFUL!
