As a Windflower homeowner for the past 2 years, I would rate Regal 4/5 before closing on my new Windflower home. And 1/5 after they got my money. I would encourage anyone considering buying from Regal to first meet with their warranty manager Tristan Hamblin to make sure this is someone you are comfortable doing business with. Jason Shields
As a Windflower homeowner for the past year I cannot recommend buying from Regal. My experience could not have been more different from before sale to after. Kevin, Melinda, Gina, Tristan and crew never addressed defects brought to their attention under inspection, blue tape, or warranty. Our children can’t sleep comfortably at night since their bedroom door won’t latch, and we haven’t been able to use the primary bath 1 year after move in (shower is not sealed, tub has damage Tristan said he was going to repair).
