Frank and his son were beyond thorough and helpful. They took their time to not only document EVERYTHING but also to explain any issues they were seeing. In the report they provided detailed explanations with references to who could rectify any issues. After the report was sent they spent a long time on the phone with me walking me through the major issues as well. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a property.
