Carmen is an awful caregiver and should not be around any elderly people. She was swearing and getting in my sons a face telling him to shut up over an arguement. She escalates and looks for conflicts at the work place. Even her own coworkers dont want to talk to her so they avoid her. Shes always taking phone calls and yelling in front of my mom. It is embarrassing that you guys allow this awful person to represent your company.

This office is extremely disorganized and unprofessional, a complete circus. During my time here, I experienced sexual harassment from a client care coordinator, which was handled poorly and without transparency. Despite putting significant effort into improving this office’s reputation and contributing to sales, I was dismissed shortly after suffering a foot injury that was beyond my control.
