Do not use this company. I hired them to care for my 95 year old mother for six nights while I was away. No one showed up on the sixth night, leaving my mom alone, afraid, and with no help. When I called the next day to find out what happened, NO ONE called me back. They also send incompetent people who don't know how to cook.
Comfort Keepers has provided truly caring help and support for my elderly mother. The onboarding staff made the process easy and understandable and they work with you to ensure your loved one has the care needed. The experience has been truly positive in a time of need and I highly recommend their services!

This has to be the WORST Home Health care agency imaginable. They have horrible service, and very bad management. They lie and are rude and nasty. One office mgr left.. she was totally incompetent. The one that took over is about 350 pounds and waddles around. She contradicted everything the former mgr said and took no responsibility for the mistakes the other one made. No people or customer service skills. Run the other way … this company will screw you and doesn’t care.
Through Comfort Keepers, we have a wonderful team of caregivers and administrative nurses taking care of our dad. The caregivers have handled multiple needs - transportation to shopping and appointments, preparing dinners, assisting with activities of daily living. The nurses help in coordination of care, managing medications, monitoring temps, BP and oxygen levels.
