I can’t thank Comfort Keepers enough for providing my dad with such wonderful caregivers over the past year and a half. After my mom passed away, my dad was very reluctant to have any aides or helpers come into his home. Job Applicants, avoid this dead end business and job. Update: (Response to Owner): I’m making more money now than that place could pay me. This review is to let people know how much a high churn, toxic work environment your company approves of. Saving dignified people from wasting their time. So as much as you want to frame this as a “me” problem, the high churn and low staffing says otherwise. Take accountability for your company’s flaws and do better. Carmen is an awful caregiver and should not be around any elderly people. She was swearing and getting in my sons a face telling him to shut up over an arguement. She escalates and looks for conflicts at the work place. Even her own coworkers dont want to talk to her so they avoid her. Shes always taking phone calls and yelling in front of my mom. It is embarrassing that you guys allow this awful person to represent your company.
