They load from 8:30-16:00 only. If you get there after 16:00 the gate will be locked. Decently fast loading and no waiting for dock assignment. You can park a little past the gate facing west on 9th street and back into the dock area when they open. Docks are tight in front but there's plenty of space inside to turn yourself around and re-approach if needed.
Best way to get there in a truck is take Hamilton to 2nd Ave make a left on 9th and yes you can pull into the parking lot with 53 ft trailer. Great loaders!
