Started off great! I booked a deep clean for 2500-3000sq ft (12-14 man hours) and a 3.5 hour Steam Clean for 5 rooms. Easy to book and pay. However, once they left, we realized multiple things were missed, surfaces left sticky or untouched. When we reached out to the owner, we were told they cut us a deal, only supposed to be 7 man hours, unlike what the website stated and that they would have to charge us additionally to come back to fix what wasn’t clean. I just wanted to let you know how impressed I was with Eric and Anna. They were friendly and did a thorough job cleaning the affected areas in my house. They even clean a pair of old and dirty 59 inch Closetmaid metal shelving in the my master bathroom closet that I was planing to replace and because they did such a fantastic job, I no longer need to!
