Do not take your vintage rugs to this company! I chose this company because they advertised experience with cleaning area rugs, and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. I sent them photos of a beautiful hand woven wool rug that I thrifted. With the left area staining, and the smell, it needed some TLC but they seemed to know how to properly care for this type of wool rug. Started off great! I booked a deep clean for 2500-3000sq ft (12-14 man hours) and a 3.5 hour Steam Clean for 5 rooms. Easy to book and pay. However, once they left, we realized multiple things were missed, surfaces left sticky or untouched. When we reached out to the owner, we were told they cut us a deal, only supposed to be 7 man hours, unlike what the website stated and that they would have to charge us additionally to come back to fix what wasn’t clean. Guys did a great job, our yard was covered with pine straws, sticks, leaves, etc to where you couldn’t see the grass. By the time they finished it looked like a brand new yard. 10/10, and the whole team was all super friendly. Shout out to the owner Derrick, outstanding job all around.

Good morning. I first want to say how accommodating these guys were. We had to reschedule several times due to moving issues. However, I payed for a deep clean and a shampooing of all the carpet and the only thing that was cleaned were the shower, toilet and the floors. There was still sticky residue in the cabinets, on the counters and dirt (and whatever else was left from previous owners) on the walls. I paid over $500 and only got my floors done (there was still dirt and bugs around the baseboards).

Edit: Please read until the end I do not normally write reviews but the service of cleaning my windows was horrible. There are some windows cleaned, some half cleaned, some just completely missed with spider webs still on the outside of the windows. I went with this company because they had great reviews but was very disappointed in the service. I tried to call and leave a message but the inbox is full so who knows if this will be fixed.
