Worst facility I’ve ever seen! Very old building, filthy walls, definitely not taken care of. Wouldn’t be hard to clean it up and paint some. Even the directors office was awful. Walls needed painting and just looked dirty. Rooms were very small (and dirty looking) and food was fair. I would not leave my mom there for anything! She was there less than 24 hours. Oh, you mean the quite reputable formerly named “Regal” facility after their mandatory name change due to it’s dark past? Just an unprofessional bit of staff they have at this facility, always understaffed and let’s just say the workplace is so toxic that not even agency staff wants to work there. False accusations left and right running off good help in-house and agency alike.
