I cannot thank Mark and the Regal team enough for their amazing service creating my engagement ring. Mark was friendly, patient and thorough right from the start. We opted for a very bespoke design based on Regal’s Elodie ring, which included cutting and setting a piece of quartz from our engagement spot into the band, which the team agreed to do for us without hesitation. We felt well supported throughout the process and I am absolutely overjoyed with the quality of the final ring. Thank you Mark, and everyone at Regal!
