Tires were below recommended pressure after rotation.
Oily fingerprints left on hood and I’m not talking about a little smudge. You can tell the technician pulled my hood closed from the driver side given the location of the oily fingerprints. Oil change and tire rotation took over 2-hrs to complete, I was told they were going to wash my truck, and then was told again my truck was being washed which did not happen. I understand this was a courtesy but when you say you are going to do something you do it. I will not return to this dealer for service.
I've spent thousands of dollars getting my GMC truck repaired at Regal GM and I just found out on my last repair that they offer MILITARY DISCOUNT. I could've saved hundreds of dollars had they told me this before.
