I had a Flat tire in which my vehicle was on the property (Did not get flat on property) so I contacted the service department on 3/27/2025 and picked up my vehicle on 3/5/2025 1 week later for a Flat tire is unacceptable and unreasonable. My NEW vehicle only had 659 miles on it and cost me $272.00 + There was "0" communication from Regal as to what happened to my tire so it could be repaired or not and just put a new tire ... Unacceptable
Literally the worst experience of my life. It was so bad that they stressed me out and made my blood sugar crash. Went in for an oil change and a tire patch. Nic tried to sell me a tire and said that the repair was not possible. Then I was charged almost 10 more for my oil change. Mysterious fees. Literally looked at receipt from the last visit. It was 71 this time $83 yet based on price was the same each time. They lost a customer of 20 years.
