Wow they say they have the flooring but do not .. they just want your info for the sales team so they can sell you something you dont want ..dont trust courtney she said she had the flooring as advertised but she doesnt lol.. there would be no order ofcourse chris as you did not have what you were advertising.

I had a hard time finding flooring since it's all on back order until February 2022 but I was in desperate need of this wood flooring to complete a new build with a looming move in date of Novermber 1st. I called over 25 stores, and not one had it in stock. I called Regal and asked for the Sales Dept and fortunately got Dennis. After several minutes he informed me, they had the flooring I needed in stock. I could not order that day since he had to make 100% sure the inventory was genuinely there.
