Over several years there have been many 'no shows' and no one called to say they were not coming. Spend a whole day waiting on them to show and they don't. And they do not call to re-schedule. In fact was told when I asked why they did not let us know and tried to get them the next week the rep, a very unpleasant woman, said because you are scheduled on a certain day does not mean we will necessarily be there.
