Im so surprised to see the low star rating here! Prashant Kharel has been the man assisting me since moving into Regal Court and while the unit was renovated, there were outstanding issues upon moving in as I was unpacking that needed to be addressed. When brought to his attention, he promptly sent maintenance, electricians, etc over to fix them. If i could rate this place 0 stars i would. i've been here for 3 years and have had the worst time possible. All that i seen done here every year is grass being cut and snow being shoveled. If you live on the ground floor be prepared to not be allowed to have anything on your patio unless you want it stolen by the local homeless population. Rent here is completely ridiculous as well. 3 years ago it was $730 for a 1 bed 1 bath, now it is over $1,000. The place it's self is nice, but I had to kill a bug and seen dead ones all over the place, and been staying at my friends since until something can be done about it
