These guys are seriously the best in town. A few weeks ago I got rear ended pretty gnarly. initially went with a shop recommended by insurance and they were absolutely horrible. Gave me the run around from 3 different people, told me the parts would take minimum 30 days to even arrive, and gave me attitude when I brought up that I was getting so much conflicting information. so I nixed the recommended shop and went back to Regal, as I've worked with them in the past. I had an insurance claim on my ‘23 accord for body damage. A relative recommended this shop & I am beyond happy I brought my vehicle here. I dropped it off Monday & they called me Wednesday to pick it up. They did a phenomenal job, from repairing dents to the paint job. Customer service exceeded satisfaction between Kirk & Bill. They took care of me and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Long story short dont hesitate bring your car here.
Bill and Kirk were extremely helpful in guiding me through my insurance claim. GEICO recommended another shop and they totaled my truck because their costs were so high. I ended up taking the payout and keeping the truck, but I wish I had taken it to Regal in the first place. This will be my go to collision place. A shop that is busy but still takes the time to explain things to you is a rare find. Thanks again Bill and Kirk! I hope I don't need you in the future, but if I do, I'm glad to have found you.
