These guys are seriously the best in town. A few weeks ago I got rear ended pretty gnarly. initially went with a shop recommended by insurance and they were absolutely horrible. Gave me the run around from 3 different people, told me the parts would take minimum 30 days to even arrive, and gave me attitude when I brought up that I was getting so much conflicting information. so I nixed the recommended shop and went back to Regal, as I've worked with them in the past. I had an insurance claim on my ‘23 accord for body damage. A relative recommended this shop & I am beyond happy I brought my vehicle here. I dropped it off Monday & they called me Wednesday to pick it up. They did a phenomenal job, from repairing dents to the paint job. Customer service exceeded satisfaction between Kirk & Bill.
