Had a good experience at Regal in OKC. They didn't have exact car that I wanted but close enough. Decent payments but great staff. They seemed to want to work with me and really helped me out of a bind. Thanks Regal Car Sales!
I purchased a 2004 Ford Mustang in March of 2011 with a 12 month warranty. On 11/29/11 the alternator was replaced under Regal Auto Sales 12 month warranty, but was not made aware that they replaced the alternator with a used alternator. Yesterday 08/22/12, the alternator went out again. I called and spike with Jose at Regal Auto Sales, he stated that the alternator was bought at Autozone and only had a 6 month warranty and I was no longer covered under Regal Auto Sales 12 month warranty.
