Honestly they were really helpful they're just amazing people to make the whole process easy I even had a problem with my car after purchasing it and they were steady fast on repairing it thank you guys y'all are amazing and deserve every bit of what y'all have coming thank you
The folks at the el reno dealership were decent. No real issue there. But got a car that they apparently had just threw a “new” engine in (that i didnt know when i got it) that gave out a month after i got it. Took it to their shop in okc and they have officially had the car longer than i had it before the issues… gave them a few weeks before the first time i called, been about 2 more weeks now and all i get every time i call is “part should be here today”. They where very friendly and good with what we loved it
These guys are amazing! Mike and Lee really took care of us. We drove two hours to get to this location, as the staff here were substantially more helpful than closer locations. They answered all of our questions and made sure we got into the exact vehicle that we were wanting. Even with it being pretty far away, we’ll definitely be recommending this location to everyone looking for a vehicle!
I had an amazing experience here! Drove in from Tulsa because they had the exact truck I wanted. Mike and Lee were able to help me out with answering all of my questions, working with my new job, and overall just having amazing customer service. I’m so glad that I was able to come out here and check out Regal’s newest location. I’ll definitely be recommending this team to anyone I know in need of a car!
