Apparently some time after we moved in March 2024 and now, management decided the hot tub was not worth maintaining and now it just sits. The pool is also falling into disrepair. “Resort style pool” listed on the website has become a bit of a joke. Half the time it has not been cleaned, the filter pumps almost never run meaning debris collects. The “hot tub” that’s never on is probably a biohazard at this point. Great place to live and centrally located in Cedar Park with access to shops and businesses. The office staff and maintenance are always quick to respond and resolve any issues. The community is quiet and peaceful and overall a nice place to call home. Just renewed our lease and couldn’t be happier!
Honestly, beware of this place. Echoing the sentiments of some other reviewers, they change their tune quickly during the move-out process and once you are leased. I had the unit above me literally flood and as a result maintenance had to punch holes in my ceiling to release the water. Afterwards, I had giant fans and a big dehumidfier in my apartment for days on end without any reduction to my electricity bill. The office was incredibly standoffish about communicating with me. I love my home here. I have been here a little over one year. I have never had any problems. I love how quiet it is, very peaceful. The complex is kept clean and it's easy to put in a service request on the app and maintenance takes care of the work order in a quick manner. There are no issues with pest or anything in general. It's also very quick and easy to get on 183 in a matter of seconds. Great place to live.
Moving here from out of state can be stressful, but Molly was so helpful and made the entire process so seamless. The office staff is fast to respond to my requests and their communication is top notch. Maintenance team is great and all my requests have been handled within a day or so. I love my place here everyone in the community is friendly.
