Kimberly is awesome and helpful worker she's always kind to my family and especially my youngest brother he loves visiting the office and saying hi she helps us to the best of her abilities and has been a great help thank you Kimberly
Excellent apartments, in optimal conditions and very safe, if they request maintenance they give it quickly in the office they are always willing to support you in any questions you have they are also in a strategic place of commerce, amenities and school a few steps from them. I wouldn't think about moving back to this place
Kimberly was very helpful and attentive which made my sons first time renting experience perfect. Showing the apartments, explaining details and going over all numbers back at the office was a breeze. Will update 1/2 way through lease.
I’m an apartment locator and recently referred my client to Regal Parc, and I booked them a tour on a Saturday. They had fantastic look-and-lease specials! The leasing team was excellent—friendly, professional, and so easy to work with. My client loved the community, applied and moved in the following Tuesday. I have been living here for one month and I really like it. The place is quiet, safe, and close to everything I need as the library, grocery stores and the main roads to Austin. There is also an elementary school just 2 minutes away by walking that belongs to the well known Leander ISD. The staff is very kind and always ready to help. They answer requests very fast.
