Great place to live and centrally located in Cedar Park with access to shops and businesses. The office staff and maintenance are always quick to respond and resolve any issues. The community is quiet and peaceful and overall a nice place to call home.
just moved in today and i have to say the apartment itself and the moving process was exceptional! molly was incredibly helpful and made sure i knew every detail i needed to know. the community seems so friendly and im excited to start my new chapter living here!!
Regal Parc has a rat problem & cockroaches-I was there last night & listened to the rats running across the ceiling of the rooms in my cousins apartment in Bdg 7. She cannot sleep scared of all the rats scratching, thumping. She had reported the rats several months ago nothing was done Now there is an infestation. I am concerned for her health & safety- I would not recommend this complex -look at all the rat droppings in the bath! She asked to be tsf to another apartment but Edith the mgr declined. Why not? Amazing place with beautiful people
I have nothing to complain about when it comes to my living experience here, it was quiet, the apartments are spacious, clean, peaceful, and maintenance was AWESOME! My complaints come in at the move out process and the consistent attitude I caught every time I came in contact with Molly at the leasing office. As others have posted in their reviews, it is not disclosed at move in time that you will either have to pay a professional cleaner and provide receipts or pay a $175 "smooth move cleaning fee" for a 1 bed.
