Use to be my main motor company bought hundred of thousands of dollars. Now you have 5 options to get a hold of them on phone for 30-40 minutes when you talk to someone they transfer to another place Haven’t bought a motor from them in 2 years They must be having internal problems or they just don’t like selling there product to motor companies any more
They can't ship properly at all,they throw a shipping way bill on the box and send it out. No packaging at all. I've had countless times of complaining that motors are seized and don't work because of no packaging. They said the manager would be taking care of issues like this, but this was 3 years ago, and it's still happening. So that tells exactly what's going on with the management team in the warehouse, they suck
Everytime i call no one answers, I leave a voicemail and no call back. I emailed and no response. I've been trying for 2 weeks. I advise everyone to go elsewhere with your business. That's what I'm getting my boss to do
