Just had a complete detail done. Went to pick up the vehicle and found shampoo and wetness all over the carpets, along with dirt still on the vehicle. They kept it overnight and redid it. Better in some areas, but apparently, the work ethic of today's workers prohibits the full understanding of the word DETAIL. This is a 1 yr old subaru and we cleaned it before we took it in.
